What to include

To help diagnose issues, please include:

  • Cuevello app version and build number
  • Mac companion app version
  • Device model and system versions
  • Whether the Mac and the device are on the same local network
  • A short description of the issue and the steps that led to it
  • Screenshots or logs, if they are useful and do not contain private information

Common checks

  • Make sure the Cuevello menu bar app is running on the Mac.
  • Keep the Mac and the device on the same local network while pairing and running workflows.
  • Allow Local Network access on the device.
  • Allow Camera access when scanning a pairing QR code.
  • Grant Accessibility permission to the Mac app so it can read and trigger menu items.
  • If pairing fails, restart the Mac companion app and open the pairing window again.
